Background

Alarcia Propiedades (Alarcia Properties): is a real-estate agency in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Argentina with several years of experience in the market, yet did not have a website. The client’s need was urgent: they needed something quick, simple, yet highly functional…within 10 days.

The growing appearance of real-estate agencies at a local level and the necessity of the site for a particular Project marked the conditions of development. As well, the client was persistent in maintaining their logotype and having a simple Flash-based Landing page.

Strategy & Objectives

Given the adverse time conditions, we concentrated on the general functionality of the site’s home page. To do this, we developed a simple search tool and a list of recommended properties.

Additionally, we made sure that the navigation allowed for the other pages to be easily accessed from the home page. The depth of the site was reduced to the minimum possible in order to improve the navigability and production hours. The design is straight-forward, discreet and allows the offered information to be shown clearly. Large amounts of information are distributed in each property’s file, which is well defined to facilitate effective implementation of consultation forms, social network sharing, and recommendations.

In parallel, we completed a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) combined with an appropriate keyword study in order to increase search engine positioning. As well, we carried out link building in order to increase the Lumber of external links (a very important factor in improving search result rankings) to more than fifty.

The result is a simple but well-structured site. It’s easy to navigate and is functional to meet the client’s needs.
