THE CHALLENGE
Rosen is a Chilean company that manufactures and markets sleep products and accessories. The technological and commercial development achieved by the company and its product lines, have fostered its international expansion, which has transcended geographical borders and consolidated its leadership throughout Latin America, where it seeks to maintain this feature in its online operations.
OUR APPROACH
The Chilean, Colombian and Argentinian e-commerce websites are added to the 30 physical branches, and the 3 non-transactional stores that bolster their ability to tackle new challenges in Bolivia, Uruguay and Mexico. All these work to sustain its growth and establish Rosen as one of the leading referents in the sleep products sale.
We’ve designed and implemented the new Rosen online stores on VTEX eCommerce Cloud Computing. In addition, we’ve integrated the Cataloging, Stock, Pricing and Billing systems to the eCommerce with JANIS © OMS, the most complete backoffice management tool, as well as the logistics and Customer Service tools, 100% connected with VTEX.
