THE CHALLENGE

Multicenter, a leading company in the multi-store sector, markets household products since 1991 from Santa Cruz, Bolivia. It employs more than 400 workers. Currently, it is one of the largest and most consolidated companies in the country.

This department store, which offers a wide variety of articles, has been looking for new and innovative products to add to its catalog and it anticipates strong sales growth during 2017.

OUR APPROACH

We’ve designed, developed and implemented the online store to support this growth and, to stablish the Multicenter as one of the main referents in the sale of household products of all the region.

As a complement to the eCommerce, the JANIS back-office and omnichannel tool was implemented, exclusive of Fizzmod, which makes the integral store orders management possible, from the download of orders to the platform, picking and packing of products (order assembly), dispatch to carrier for delivery, billing synchronization and monitoring of customer compliance, among others.

Full catalog integration with the Multicenter ERP tool makes it possible for JANIS to supply the eCommerce with the catalog in a 100% automated way.
