THE CHALLENGE
Cinecenter is a Banco Itaú cinema complex that has 2 large branches. The need to further improve one of their pillars, that is, the clients’ comfort, made them want to offer their customers the possibility of buying and booking their seats 100% online.
WHAT WE DID
OUR APPROACH
The priority in this website has been to generate a quick, easy and convenient shopping experience, in which the user can obtain their tickets in a few steps, without losing the cross-selling of catering and merchandising products.
This same strategy has been applied to mobile phones, a version that has been designed as a mobile app, even tough it wasn’t, that provided the mobile browsing with the speed and simplicity expected of an original mobile app.
