The biggest eCommerce event in Latin America was held once again in Sao Paulo with the attendance of the partner agency.
VTEX Day 2016 took place at Biennial of Sao Paulo with the attendance of more than 10,000 people that were trained on new tendencies in the field.
The congress had the involvement of more than 100 speakers from the main multi-channel retailers in the region, who presented success stories and shared their experiences on how to increase the turnover and online profitability, as well as new trends in E-Commerce and Omni-Commerce.
In this context, Fizzmod’s Director, Francisco Mato gave a conference presenting different case examples to highlight the use of APIs and the tools offered by the Brazilian multinational VTEX. “We’ve been working together with VTEX for three years now, integrating with their services to jointly create groundbreaking solutions to offer our clients”, said Mato.
“The event is great, there’s much more space and double the people than last year, which makes it even more interesting. There are also excellent talks. We enjoyed it a lot”, commented Fizzmod’s IT Director, Lisandro Aubert, during an interview at the venue.
Francisco Mato, Director of the agency shared the impression of his colleague and added: “People are more interested in products. In fact, the picking model attracted considerable attention. Today, we’ve been at the stand talking all the time, which was very productive”.
This is the third time that Fizzmod participates in VTEX Day as an attendee and the second as an exhibitor, with an information stand available to address people’s queries.
“We notice that the event grows every year and the level of the conferences is each time more advanced. We are glad to participate in this meeting, so important for the eCommerce industry in the region”, concluded Mato.
Among the keynotes, Joaquim Barbosa, jurist and former minister of the Federal Supreme Court, excelled at VTEX Day: ‘At first, the companies didn’t trust digital and technological changes. Over the years, the introduction was very natural, because there was evidence of the great benefits of implementing eCommerce solutions to enhance the business. Today it is essential for companies to count with effective digital strategies’.
Regarding the new edition of the event, Marcos Pueyrredón, VTEX Latin American VP said: “VTEX Day is a unique experience among the congresses conducted in the region. Providing a variety of quality exhibitors, speakers and reputable keynotes, through whose experiences the attendees can nurture from.
