VTEX Day 2017: a meeting for professionals, led by specialists

The fifth edition of the event fostered by the multinational Brazilian company VTEX, took place in Sao Paulo city. Fizzmod agency was once again a part of the meeting and delivered a conference focused on Janis, its backend product for eCommerce.

A new edition of VTEX Day was held last 30 and 31 May. The event, dedicated to multi-channel retail sales, has become the largest in Latin America.  

With spaces specially arranged to simultaneously address different Electronic Commerce related topics, VTEX Day counted with more than 100 Brazilian and foreign speakers to discuss the sustainability of the industry, among other major issues.  

Additionally, the event offered an exposition area with the leading providers and specialists in the market, among those: Fizzmod, dedicated to provide groundbreaking services and products for eCommerce.

The company, strategic VTEX partner, gave a presentation on Janis, their back-office tool and star product. Janis plays a key role in the electronic sales circuit, specifically between and right after the transaction, managing the process (particularly during the order preparation –picking, packing & handling-, logistics and after-sales service).

In order to achieve a better organization and interests sectioning, this year VTEX Day was divided in different areas:

– Ecommerce Conference: featuring national and international cases on how to increase digital retail profits.
– Executive Summit: exclusive access to multi-channel retail CEO’s and CIO’s. Various arenas and useful content about omni-channel management.
– E-merging Cross Border Conference: talks and cases on how to expand sales globally to increase turnover.
– VTEX Expo: More than 100 stands from specialized companies in the electronic commerce field.
– VTEX Fun: networking area, music, food trucks and games. Closing with  Monobloco show.
– Digital Entrepreneur Forum: Online small entrepreneurs dedicated area.
