The fourth version of eCommerce Day Uruguay gathered more than 50 national and international experts who shared their experiences with the public regarding the latest trends and success cases about Internet impact on Electronic Commerce.
The eCommerce Day -a Latin American Institute of Electronic Commerce (einstituto.org) initiative- co-organized with the Digital Economy Chamber of Uruguay (cedu.org.uy), convened more than 800 people who attended the event and more than 1000 that followed it via streaming.
eCommerce Day 4th edition counted with the participation of Fizzmod, eCommerce innovative products and services development agency, which offered a professional talk for attendees.
Additionally, the invitees were trained in the latest tendencies on Electronic Commerce and learnt about the success stories and greatest exponents among the industry.
Towards the end, the most important awards within the sector -eCommerce Awards Montevideo 2015- were handed out and the “eCommerce Startup Competition” winner was announced.
“We are very pleased with this fourth version of the event that we hold in Uruguay and we hope it grows every year in terms of audience and participating companies. There’s a long way to keep on walking and web et on spaces like eCommerce Day for professionals of the industry to share their experiences and contribute to the development of the digital ecosystem in Uruguay”, stated Marcos Pueyrredon, eInstituto President.
