THE CHALLENGE
NIKE wished to incorporate technological innovations for the opening of their new premises in San Justo. Those were necessary due to its extension, and so that to reduce internal costs and boost the productivity of the sellers in the store.
This project’s posed a great challenge because of its deadline, and the demand and service quality that a top brand like Nike requires.
WHAT WE DID
OUR APPROACH
We’ve implemented the InStore module of JANIS backoffice omnichannel, which lets the sellers check the available stock in the warehouse in real time, and generates the products request for customer testing without leaving the store.
People can search in the mobile APP by product name, size, colour, reference code, keywords, or by scanning the barcode directly from their mobile phones.
Besides, if there is no stock of the desired products, the system displays related products for the sellers instantaneously and in an interactive way.
In the warehouse option, JANIS lets you see and change the orders status in real time, making the location, preparation and dispatch of the products easier, from the warehouse to the store, and printing (if required) the consignment labels.
