THE CHALLENGE
Sportline has been the leader chain of sports products in Argentina for over 40 years.
On the one hand, their need was based on the improvement of their previous online store, whose complexity had become a problem; and on the other hand, they needed to make the products search easier for the customers considering the current mix of over 17,000 different products. They also needed to improve the user interface and experience and implement tools that make the products display more effective and attractive for the users.
WHAT WE DID
OUR APPROACH
We’ve focused on a modern design that shows the wide variety of products offered by the brand to the user, using React technology in critical sections, such as:
– Recommended products (cross-selling, upselling)
– Filters by gender and sport
– Joint buying and others
– Special sections per brand
We’ve designed a visual marketing strategy throughout the eCommerce to improve conversion rates through cross-selling (upselling, cross-selling).
