THE CHALLENGE
Frávega is one of the undeniable retail leaders in Argentina. It specializes in the sale of appliances, technological devices and homeware.
As a benchmark of this market, its goal has been focused on improving its online store, to make it a smarter and more stylish website. Moreover, a backoffice system is being implemented, that will bring together its numerous installed systems for the management of orders, customers, promotions and its integration with social networks (Facebook DPA, Google Shopping).
As part of its strategy to become active in new market segments and sell innovative products, the following were implemented and improved: Marriage Lists, Segmented Extended Warranty, Store Pickup with online stock, Marketplace and reselling from the Frávega website.

OUR APPROACH
As part of the Fizzmod package solutions, about 70% of the sections of fravega.com store were redesigned, implemented and optimized, reducing the total website load by 60%.
The Fizzmod backoffice system has been fully integrated to support the online store, branch management, catalog, preparation and order management, customer service, integration with social networks, logistics channels and various processes. Moreover, we’ve advised the client regarding e-commerce campaigns and events to improve their sales, customer service and repositioning in the market.
