THE CHALLENGE
Wong represents the Cencosud group in Peru, as well as Jumbo does in Argentina. The firm, through Fizzmod, seeks to relaunch its online store with VTEX as its platform, reinvigorating the “food” products sale (Grocery / Supermarkets), and adding the sale of electrical products of its pre-existing “non-food” store to this Marketplace.
Besides, the sale of products to be delivered (food delivery) and the innovative georeferencing system are added, by which customers can choose between delivery or store pickup, using a 100% graphic solution.
WHAT WE DID
OUR APPROACH
The most innovative strategies and technologies to add value to the users’ experience were used for the construction of the new “food” store:
– Possibility of pre-selecting substitute products with specific comments and observations.
– Customer accounts with fully customizable and combinable shopping lists.
– Pre-selection and consultation of grids with shipments availability per store with real-time monitoring.
– Possibility of modification/change of the value of orders and affected products + capture of the amounts invoiced originally thanks to the integration of the Janis backoffice system.
– A fully integrated 100% graphic method of selecting delivery or store pickup using Google Maps.
